Versatile DMX Winch for lifting either a single piece of heavy electrical equipment or a stage prop from three lifting points for maximum stability.
The heavy duty Winch 50 Pilewind comes in four versions:
- 4M Power Lifting Wire
- 10M Lifting Wire
- 2X10M Lifting Wire
- 3X10M Lifting Wire
All versions have zero fleet angle, which makes them optimal for projects where the lifting wire must always stay in the exact same place.
The Winch 50 Pilewind is fully controllable directly from the lighting desk, allowing motion to be precisely synchronized with the show and lighting design. Advanced 16-bit DMX positioning ensures exceptional accuracy, stopping within just 1 mm.
All versions of the Winch 50 Pilewind can by default be mounted upright directly onto standard truss with the included slim couplers. They can also be mounted sideways with the Winch 50 Pilewind Mounting Bracket and combined with Pulley Wheels, to hide the Winch backstage.
Customize the Lifting Wires to fit your Stage Design
The length of all the wires can easily be customized, if you need different travel distances between the objects being lifted and the Winch through Pulley Wheels as seen in the illustration below.
The travel distance on the wire versions is 10m per wire (4m for Power version) from the top limit to the bottom limit. If you need additional wire to create the setup below, please measure the H1 and the V1 and add them together. Do the same with H2+V2 and H3+V3, if you need a triple wire setup. Make sure the angle from the Winch to the Pulley Wheel is not greater than 3 degrees. Then simply contact us at sales@wahlberg.dk and we will make a custom Winch 50 Pilewind for your exact needs.
