Ø11m Revolving Stage at Jonah Blacksmith concerts
Ø11m Revolving Stage, 4 RC Platforms, and Winch 50 Pilewind at Jonah Blacksmith’s circus tent concerts
The custom Ø11m Revolving Stage was made in collaboration with Jonah Blacksmith for their ambitious project, making it the largest Revolving Stage built in Wahlberg history so far. Jonah Blacksmith performed three sold-out concerts in a classic circus tent, where the elevated, rotating stage created a dynamic, 360-degree experience for the entire audience.
The RC Platforms were used for driving all the large instruments, such as drum kits and keyboards, around on top of the Revolving Stage. The remote-controlled platforms had all the functional components of the RC Platform 2x1m Offroad Ø200mm Wheels, but featured a custom hexagon shaped main plate.
All the equipment was beautifully camouflaged to fit the aesthetics of the rest of the stage design and fitted with LED light strips mounted along the edges, enhancing the floating effect.
Finally, the Winch 50 Pilewind (4M Power Lifting Cable) was used to lower a huge mirror ball down from above the center stage. The mirror ball was mounted onto our Mirror Ball Rotator at the end of the lifting cable, which made it possible to control the rotation from the lighting desk.
