Roll Down system tested by artist in residence Per Victor in Aarhus 2014
Wahlberg Roll Down meets artist Per Victor.
The High-speed Roll Down system is for moving fabrics, textiles or canvas in a stage- and show production. The Roll Down is DMX controlled, giving the lighting designer full movement control from the lighting desk.
The system was originally developed for the Eurovision Song Contest in Norway (Oslo, 2010) and has been used in various shows since.
Using the Roll Down as an interactive canvas is not standard yet, but you might feel inspired by this video.
