There are many ways of which the High-speed Roll Down can be implemented I a stage design. A way of using it could be for backdrop projection screen purposes.
You can mount projection screen fabric on the drum, and this way make your screen appear whenever you need it in the show, as well as make it disappear again.
As mentioned, you can mount almost any fabric to the drum, and therefore it is a very flexible product that creates a lot of opportunities for your areas of use.

A DMX Roll Drum with Great Functionality
To make sure that you can enjoy all the great features the High-speed Roll Down is designed in a very user-friendly way. Simple to install and very easy to use.
It is created with Powerful AC motors with 16-bit DMX encoders that are located inside the roll down itself. It is very compact and filling as little space as possible.
Hanging the drum is simply a matter of mounting the half-clamps to your pipe, truss or overhead points. Afterwards, you simply provide power and DMX and the installation is complete. There are no drive chains, limit boxes, or other gadgets to connect.
The High-speed Roll Down can be custom made with tube lengths between 1,5 m and up to 6 m (4.9 ft up to 19.7 ft). We can make the drum fit any length of your fabric.
An optional length of up to 12 m (39.4 ft) is possible with a built-in splicing unit.
Both position, speed and operating range can be controlled by using the integrated DMX interface. An LCD display with simple menu for adjusting the DMX channels, motor parameters and functionality. After this you can control the High-speed Roll Down directly from the lighting desk.
Variable speed and precise positioning provide an easy and effective tool for curtain motion of your requirements. You only need 6 DMX channels to control your fabric.
You can easily implement the movements to a cue list in the lighting desk and this way integrate the High-speed Roll Down directly into the existing show.
