The standard Floor Rail Cart can provide electrical equipment with power while moving, which creates an opportunity to make dynamic stage designs.

The Floor Rail Cart runs on a very slim and low-profile Floor Rail, which is almost invisible in a stage sphere. Once the rail is equipped with Floor Rail Endstops the cart will stay on the rail at all times with the use of two limit switches.
Description
The Floor Rail Cart makes linear movement of big electrical equipment, like LED-screens, on stage easy and discreet. The cart is accurate down to the millimeter over a distance of 10 meters and has 16-bit DMX positioning for very smooth movement.
The low-profile Floor Rail has a very slim and rounded design, which helps create a safe environment for the stage crew.
Power and DMX cables are guided through a flexible Cable Chain, which is also made to be as invisible as possible on a stage setting.
Wireless Floor Rail Kit - Discreet Linear Movement on Stage
If the Standard Floor Rail Cart is not discreet enough you can add the Wireless Floor Rail Kit, which includes a Floor Rail Battery Pack and a Wireless DMX Transmitter.
The Wireless Floor Rail Kit eliminates the need for the Cable Chain. The Floor Rail Battery Pack makes the cart battery-driven and provides it with up to 5 hours runtime, depending on the load the Floor Rail System is carrying. The Wireless DMX Transmitter makes the cart controllable via wireless CRMX signal.
With the Cable Chain gone you just have the 11mm tall and rounded Floor Rail on stage, which makes it even more discreet.
The Wireless Floor Rail Kit removes the carts ability to provide electrical equipment with power, but it can still move stage props up to 300kg.
Multi cart system
Multiple Floor Rail Carts can run on the same Floor Rail without ever colliding. This opens up for the opportunity to create breathtaking setups with moving LED-walls across an entire stage.
All this is made possible when using our Cart Endstops. These can be mounted onto each Floor Rail Cart as shown in the datasheet. They trigger the limit switches on the carts to ensure a safe multi cart setup.
