This is a double-wire winch for vertical lifting of your stage items. The Winch 50 Double has been widely used to be used by theatres, shows and concerts all over the world. The heavy load capacity of up to 50 kg creates endless opportunities to apply the winch for various occasions and shows, as well as the two-wire system secures your objects while being lifted.
You can lift stage props in and out of the stage sphere by lifting your objects vertically. The Winch 50 Double makes it possible to create moving effects for almost any stage prop. The double-wire system secures a stable and steady lifting of your objects.
Features of Winch 50 Double
The Winch 50 double is built with a control system that ensures that the motor is only powered when the control signal is reliable as well as the position and speed control is on. The motor position is calculated with a PID regulator which calculates the motor speed and distance.
The load is mounted at two fixing points with a wire spacing of 40 cm which means that the equipment is securely mounted.
Our Winch 50 Double is applicable in most venues thanks to the lifting height of 12,5 m. You can easily set the top and bottom limits, so it fits exactly the dimensions of your area of use. This way you can operate the winch within any range of the 12,5 m.
The lifting speed is between 9 cm/s and 45 cm/s depending on the total weight of load mounted to the operating Winch 50 Double.
You can easily connect the winches as a chain allowing for advanced and creative ways of making dynamic movements of larger objects that needs further fixing points for extra stability.
It is easy to control the Winch 50 Double via the built-in DMX control system. This way you can control movements, speed and positions via your lighting desk.
