In September 2011, Wahlberg contributed to the set design of the María Pagés Dance Company flamenco stage show Utopia. A unique construction was devised for the show, using 20 Winch10 units to bring wires in motion and create a wavy effect, similar to the movement of flowy fabric. The ribbon effect was created by having a multitude of winches move three wires up and down. The winches move independently of each other and can form a variety of motion patterns and shapes.

Using a Wahlberg motor controller, the motion of the winches can be managed from the lighting desk.
